By Sarah Frane Macaroni Kid Gettysburg-Hanover April 23, 2024

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 27th to attend the 3rd Annual Adams County Blossom Festival at the National Apple Museum from 9am to 3pm. This free, family-friendly event celebrates the beauty of apple blossom season here in Adams County.

The musical lineup includes the foot-stomping sounds of Stonehouse Breakdown playing new and old country and bluegrass tunes as well as the family entertainment of Christine and the Harvest Kings. Browse arts, crafts, and apple treats from over 50 vendors while the kids enjoy carriage rides through the orchards, face painting, apple bobbing, and meeting the 2024 Pennsylvania Apple Queen and Princesses.

Satisfy your appetite with tasty festival foods like specialty coffee drinks, snow cones, popcorn, and mouthwatering apple desserts. Or stop by the wine tasting tent for local vintages. Capture the memories with photos from Karen Lucinda Photography and enter drawings for fabulous prizes.

Take a tour of the National Apple Museum to learn about the history of apples in Pennsylvania. Don’t forget to visit the gift shop filled with unique items for all ages.

Free parking is available. This blossom festival is presented by the Biglerville Historical Preservation Society in conjunction with Hollabaugh Bros. Fruit Farm & Market and Destination Gettysburg.

We hope to see you on April 27th for a day filled with music, food, family fun and, of course, beautiful blossoms!
