Schedule of activities:
8-9:30am – We will picking up trash along Taneytown Road from the intersection of Steinwehr Ave and Taneytown Rd to Blacksmith Shop Tavern Road – meet at the battlefield parking lot located on Taneytown Road across from the National Cemetary

9-12:00pm – Tree Planting and Maintenance @ Gettysburg Rec Park. This is a day to get your hands dirty to help our local environment while having kid friendly presentations by Strawberry Hill Nature Preserve bug bonanza, workshop for meadowscaping. There will several trees planted, pollinator garden and established tree maintenance – learn how to take care of your trees! Face Painting and light refreshments will also served.
